PAYMENT
We accept Paypal (sent to info@foundry4x4.co.uk ) Credit/Debit card payments (call 01495 717131 Mon - Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm ) Cheques (payable to Foundry 4x4 Ltd and sent to The Old Bakery, Rear of Vale Terrace, Tredegar, Gwent NP22 4HT).

If paying by cheque item will not be despatched until payment has cleared - please allow 7 days.

CARRIAGE COSTS
Prices shown are for mainland UK . We can combine carriage charges for most items subject to weight and dimensional restrictions. Please email info@foundry4x4.co.uk for carriage cost before purchasing.

There are higher charges for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands , Isle of Man , Islands , Ireland and International destinations.

DELIVERY
We aim to ship goods as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock it may be necessary to order that item from one of our suppliers before it can be despatched, in which case there may be a slight delay. If there are any problems with your purchase we will email to let you know.

Smaller items are despatched via Royal Mail 1 st class. Larger items are despatched via courier company usually 48 hour service.

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

Please provide a contact telephone number for the courier company in case there are problems during transit.

Also ensure that you thoroughly check your item on delivery before you sign the delivery note - if in doubt of condition of packaging please sign note as damaged.

RETURNS
For new items, please enclose original invoice and follow one of the following procedures (Please call 01495 717131 in the first instance to notify us of intention to return goods):

Unwanted or unsuitable goods:
Return of unwanted goods are accepted in new & unused condition for 7 days after receipt. You will be entitled to your choice of an exchange or a full refund. The customer must meet the cost of returns postage for unwanted goods. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain a proof of despatch from the carrier.

Faulty goods:
Return of faulty goods are accepted if within warranty period. Item will be inspected on receipt and if fault is not due to misuse, you will be entitled to your choice of an exchange or a full refund. We will refund the cost of returns postage for defective goods (within reasonable limits) upon return delivery. Please note that the warranty given by both Foundry 4x4 Ltd and the manufacturers of our products will only cover cost of parts. Labour charges and other costs are not covered. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit and so we recommend that you use recorded delivery or an otherwise insured method of return and obtain a proof of despatch from the carrier.

Exchange Procedure
If you are returning goods for an exchange we would normally have to wait for the goods to arrive with us and inspect them before we can send out the replacement. However we understand that sometimes an exchange must be made quickly and so we can send out a replacement immediately. We must take payment for the replacement but as soon as the returned item arrives we will give you a refund on that cost

Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed.
